Milton House Wallpaper

from £3.00

‘Milton House’ is redesigned from a fragment of eighteenth-century wallpaper discovered behind a window shutter in Milton House, Cambridge.

This was a rare opportunity to give new life to a lost design and the whole story can be read here about the redesign process.

We are lucky enough at Studio Le Cocq, with permission of Karena and James Fraser, to launch this as one of our own wallpaper designs.

The wallpaper is a simple example of chinoiserie; sweet yellow birds placed sparsely on delicate rose branches with decorative, rounded leaves. Keeping to the original fragments, we are releasing this in its original light romantic colourway.

Wallpaper is available for Pre-Order and there is a 3-4 week lead time.
